Product overview
The GD series cryogenic freezer performs deep cryogenic treatment of metals to raise hardness, wear resistance and service life, and supports bearing cold assembly, gearbox assembly and aerospace cold testing. It uses mechanical refrigeration instead of liquid nitrogen, with ±0.5 °C accuracy and ±2 °C uniformity.
Standard models are 1100 L with a 90 x 100 x 125 cm inner tank and 150 to 200 mm insulation. Temperature bands are -65 to -35, -80 to -50, -100 to -70, -120 to -90 and -150 to -110 °C. The system uses Emerson rotary and Carlyle semi-hermetic piston compressors; other sizes and loads can be customized.
