Overview

Product overview

The GD thermal shock chamber moves test samples between a pre-heated and a pre-cooled zone to apply sudden thermal stress for electronics, automotive and aerospace components. Pre-cooling covers -10 to -55 °C and preheating 60 to 180 °C; basket conversion takes 10 seconds or less and the zone recovers to within ±2 °C in 5 minutes or less.

Models GD-200-2-B-CJ and GD-400-2-B-CJ have 60*60*60 cm and 90*65*70 cm baskets. The chamber is PID/PLC controlled with a 7-inch touch screen, SUS304 inner chamber, cascade refrigeration, variable-frequency compressor and PT100 Class-A sensor.
