Overview

Product overview

The KSD series thermal probe (and eco-friendly KSDR variants) applies controlled hot and cold air at high flow velocity directly to the device under test, for chip R&D and verification across temperature. Ramp rate reaches 75 °C/min and accuracy is ±0.2 °C.

Models KSD-705-A, 705-B and 710 offer 100 to 2000 W of cooling at the listed set points, with 75 x 75 mm or 120 x 120 mm probes. The thermal head carries a dry-gas channel so the DUT stays free of condensation or frost, and it needs a LNEYA gas dryer for CDA. A Z-axis pneumatic actuator adjusts contact force on KSDR units.
