Overview

Product overview

The LQ series cools dry compressed air, nitrogen, argon or other special gases that flow through a plate heat exchanger, delivering low-temperature gas to components or heat exchangers under test. Three families cover -40 to 0 °C (LQ4), -80 to -40 °C (LQ8) and -110 to -80 °C (LQ11), each in 15, 30, 60 and 100 m³/h flow sizes.

Gas pressure up to 20 bar is supported, with ice-blockage pressure monitoring and automatic defrost based on pressure monitoring. Control is feedforward PID with a PLC and 7-inch touch screen with data logging; accuracy is ±0.3 °C and explosion-proof versions can be ordered.
