Overview

Product overview

The TCS series is LNEYA's TCU for pharmaceutical and chemical reactor systems. It can be built as a direct TCU (medium flows straight through the vessel jacket) or as a secondary heat-exchanger TCU for the most demanding temperature control.

Control uses feed-forward PID and a dynamic control calculation on a PLC, with PT100 sensing of heat-conducting medium inlet and outlet and reactor material, MODBUS RTU communication and a 7-inch touch screen with graph. Listed applications include biopharmaceutical bioreactors, chemical synthesis, sterile production, fermentation and crystallization.
