Product overview
UST is LNEYA's high-end thermal oil heating circulator. A fully enclosed circuit and large heat exchange area allow fast heating and cooling, including a drop from 300 °C to 50 °C, and there is no oil mist evaporation at high temperature.
Feedforward PID with a model-free self-constructed tree algorithm reduces lag, and the operator can choose material temperature control or equipment outlet temperature control with three-point sampling. The PLC supports five programs of 40 steps each. Models run UST-5530 to UST-A9530, with W for water-cooled; maximum cooling is 95 kW.
