Overview

Product overview

The ZLFQ-80 circulates heat-transfer liquid (pure water, fluorinated liquid or glycol solution) under negative pressure created by a vacuum generator, so a pipe break draws air in rather than leaking liquid. Rated heat exchange is 80 kW at 25/35 °C supply and return, flow 300 L/min, tank 120 L, with 1+1 redundant circulation pumps.

Control is by PLC with feedforward and lag-compensated PID. Automatic leak detection, liquid discharge and replenishment are included, and the cooling side uses PCW at 4 m³/h.
