Product overview
The ZLT HED chemical chiller passes chemical media directly through its heat exchanger to pre-heat or pre-cool them before a reaction. Operating range is 10 to 60 °C with ±0.1 °C accuracy, 1 to 6 kW of cooling at 20 °C and 2 to 7.5 kW of heating.
The heat exchanger is silicon carbide, which LNEYA states resists strong acids such as concentrated sulfuric and hydrofluoric acid, strong alkalis, organic solvents and molten salts. Models ZLT-1, 3 and 6 are available air-cooled or water-cooled.
