Overview

Product overview

COSMOSIL columns are made by Nacalai Tesque and offered through PCI Analytics. The range includes reversed phases (MS-II, AR-II, PAQ), Sugar-D for saccharides, Protein-R wide-pore for proteins and peptides, normal phase SL-II, CNT phases and Dial-II for gel filtration.

The 3.0 mm I.D. columns are said to halve solvent use and give up to twice the sensitivity of 4.6 mm I.D. columns on a conventional HPLC system, while COSMOSIL Protein-R is highlighted for good peak shape, high recovery and stability at low pH.
