Product overview

This integrated unit makes nitrogen as a GC carrier gas and hydrocarbon-free zero air for flame ionisation detectors at the same time. A single compressor serves both gas streams, so the unit is compact and cost-effective.

A modular PSA unit adsorbs moisture, CO, CO2, hydrocarbons and oxygen on molecular-sieve towers, leaving nitrogen in one set of towers and zero air in the other.
