Overview

Product overview

The Zero Air Generator produces a continuous flow of high-purity, hydrocarbon-free air at a selected pressure. ZAG-02 is rated for up to five GCs, while ZAG-03 is the TOC-grade version that adds a furnace in which hydrocarbons are cracked in the presence of a catalyst.

PCI Analytics lists applications including GC-FID, FPD, NPD, GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, ICP, FTIR, ELSD, purging and nitrogen concentrators, and describes the unit as fully automatic with a microcontroller display. A related page states total hydrocarbons are reduced below 0.1 ppm.
