Overview

Product overview

PrepCon 6 is the successor to PrepCon 5 for controlling preparative LC/HPLC systems. Its modular structure lets users configure even complex processing plants, supported by dynamic flowchart visualizations, customizable graphical interfaces and management of multiple configurations. Intelligent Fractionation supports the purification process, and an error-handling mechanism detects and manages device errors.

It follows GMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements and takes the principles of GAMP5 into account. Methods can be step-based and time- or volume-based, process data can be reconstructed and documented, and users and roles are managed independently. Data can be stored in the local file system or on a central server, and the database servers can be made redundant for high availability.
