The S 152-AG is an automatic cation ion chromatography system built on the S 150 module (column oven and conductivity detector), completed by the Sykam S 1130G quaternary gradient IC pump and the S 5300 IC autosampler. A range of Sykam cation separation columns turns it into a ready-to-use system for the application.

Gradient elution helps with complex separation challenges and with automatic column regeneration after sample-matrix-induced loss of column performance, so the system suits routine analysis of complex samples. With the Clarity chromatography data handling software it is aimed at daily routine cation analysis.
