Overview

Product overview

The S 1535 Preparative HPLC Pump is available as a 150 ml/min or 250 ml/min version, with pressure up to 400 bar for stainless steel pump heads or up to 350 bar for PEEK pump heads.

An optional built-in low-pressure quaternary gradient mixer supports complex water/solvent gradients such as those in reversed-phase chromatography, as well as reliable gradient formation with high-salt buffers as used in protein chromatography.
