Product overview
The S 3255 is a single- or optional dual-channel variable-wavelength detector for high-flow preparative chromatography, covering 190 to 800 nm. Its moving-monochromator optics minimise loss of light energy at any chosen wavelength, giving high sensitivity and stability for routine and research use.
An integrated wavelength program allows different wavelengths within a run. The integrated peak detector can drive an automatic three-way valve from the Sykam S 6000 series through a 24 volt output stage with programmable delay for fraction collection or solvent recycling. The preparative flow cell is available in stainless steel and PEEK.
