Overview

Product overview

The S 5300 holds 120 standard (12 x 32 mm) vials or 192 samples with microtiter plates. Its specifications and largely maintenance-free mechanics make it a good partner for automating Sykam HPLC systems and for upgrading virtually any HPLC system with an autosampler.

A dual-needle technique has the outer 'air needle' pierce the vial septum before the sample needle enters the vial. This avoids blocked injection needles and valves, allows any type of septum, and adds to the reliability of the whole chromatography system.
