Product overview
The S 721 is a preparative isocratic LC system with a PEEK (metal-free, biocompatible) flow path, built on S 1535 pump. It is completed by the S 5400 sampling module (10 ml and 2 ml standard sample loops) and the S 3255 variable-wavelength UV/Vis detector (190 – 800 nm, 0.5 mm path length), and is controlled with PrepCon software.
The metal-free PEEK flow path makes it particularly suitable for protein chromatography and other applications that require a metal-free flow path. It can be operated as a manually controlled stand-alone system or with PrepCon software.
The system can be expanded with valves, eluent monitors, fraction collectors and additional detectors.
