Overview

Product overview

The S 724 is a preparative quaternary gradient LC system with a PEEK (metal-free, biocompatible) flow path, built on S 1535 pump (PEEK version). It is completed by the S 5400 sampling module (10 ml and 2 ml standard sample loops) and the S 3255 variable-wavelength UV/Vis detector (190 – 800 nm, 0.5 mm path length), and is controlled with PrepCon software.

It suits preparative biochromatography such as ion exchange, hydrophobic interaction, immobilized chelate (IMAC, HisTag) and immunoaffinity chromatography, allowing high-salt, high-molarity buffers and complete pH compatibility.

The system can be expanded with valves, eluent monitors, fraction collectors and additional detectors.
