Overview

Product overview

The S 731 is a preparative isocratic LC system with a stainless steel flow path, built on S 1525 pump. It is completed by the S 5400 sampling module (10 ml and 2 ml standard sample loops) and the S 3255 variable-wavelength UV/Vis detector (190 – 800 nm, 0.5 mm path length), and is controlled with PrepCon software.

The S 1525 pump is offered in four flow-rate ranges. An upgrade with the external S 8140 low-pressure gradient mixer converts the system to a gradient system.

The system can be expanded with valves, eluent monitors, fraction collectors and additional detectors.
