Overview

Product overview

The S 732 is a preparative binary gradient LC system with a stainless steel flow path, built on two S 1525 pumps. It is completed by the S 5400 sampling module (10 ml and 2 ml standard sample loops) and the S 3255 variable-wavelength UV/Vis detector (190 – 800 nm, 0.5 mm path length), and is controlled with PrepCon software.

The S 1525 pumps are available in flow ranges up to 1000 ml/min, and an external low-pressure binary, ternary or quaternary gradient mixer can be added to each. Adding the S 8140 mixer converts one pump into a quaternary gradient pump while the second can be used for large-volume sample uptake.

The system can be expanded with valves, eluent monitors, fraction collectors and additional detectors.
