Overview

Product overview

CJC is ViBRA’s heavy-duty precision balance in a stainless (SUS304) enclosure rated IP65: dust-tight and protected against water jets. Capacity runs 620 g / 0.01 g (CJC622R and CJC822) through 3.2 kg / 0.1 g, 8.2 kg / 0.1 g, and 15 kg / 1 g. R models add a built-in calibration weight; others use an external mass. Pans are 140 mm diameter on the 620/820 g units and 190 × 190 mm on the kilo models. Chassis is 206 × 312 × 89 mm. CEN models are OIML R76 Class II.

The tuning-fork sensor is specified for fast, stable indication in a plant, not a quiet metrology room. Power is a 100–240 VAC adapter to 5.95 VDC, or optional AA cells — about 200 hours with the backlight off, 32 hours with it on. Modes include counting, percent, comparator, density, and animal weighing with optional buckets. RS232C (D-sub 9) is standard; a waterproof cable (CJ-WR) keeps the IP65 rating when a printer or PC is attached.

Al-Shaker specifies CJC when the balance has to be rinsed, not wiped — food, formulation, and wet QC benches.

Features

Key features

  • 01

    SUS304 and IP65

The upper case takes splash, mist, and washdown; rinse after a shift instead of hoping the keypad survives.

  • 02

    200 hours on cells

Optional battery case for a line without a socket — still a 0.01 g balance, not a shipping scale.

  • 03

Waterproof RS232C when you need it

CJ-WR keeps the rating while a PC or printer sits outside the wet zone.
