ViBRA MD Moisture Analysers
Request a quoteOverview
MD83 is ViBRA’s routine moisture analyser for laboratory and process: evaporation weight-loss on a stainless 110 mm pan, 1–80 g sample, 0.005 g mass readability and 0.01 % / 0.1 % moisture (0.1 % at a 5 g sample). The range is 0–100 % wet-base (solids) or 0–500 % dry-base. Temperature is 30–180 °C in 1 °C steps. The heat source is an organic-carbon heater, 280 W × 2, tool-free to replace. Automatic mode watches the drying curve and stops; timed mode runs a fixed interval. Five method slots store conditions. A backlit 96 × 40 mm LCD, RS232C, and an alert signal are standard. Peak power is 900 W at 100–120 / 220–240 VAC.
Shinko Denshi pairs auto-taring with the carbon heater for repeatability, and keeps the chamber simple so daily cleaning is a wipe, not a service call. Options include disposable aluminium sheets (DA-1) and a deodorising windshield (FW-100).
Al-Shaker specifies MD for food, pharmaceutical, and materials moisture where a halogen unit is not required, then installs and supports the analyser with the rest of the ViBRA bench.

4 parameters
2 × 280 W organic-carbon elements you can change by hand when the lamp is done.
The instrument watches the curve so operators do not have to guess when the sample is dry.
Enough resolution for routine QC without a microbalance and a vacuum oven.
Al-Shaker specifies the configuration, documents the system, and supports it across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
