0.1% Brilliant Green Solution (TJ004F) is a supplement for the selective enrichment of Salmonella. Each vial contains 1.0 mg of Brilliant Green.
It is used together with Iodine Solution (TJ003F): one vial of each is added to every 100 mL of Tetrathionate Broth Base (GF1029AF / KL1029AF) to prepare Tetrathionate Broth. Store dark and dry at 2-8 °C; sealed product has a 1-year shelf life.
