50% Egg Yolk Suspension (TJ019F) is an egg yolk saline supplement for MYP Agar. One vial of it and one vial of Polymyxin B (TJ026F) are added to 95 mL of MYP Base (GF1049F / KL1049F) and mixed thoroughly.
The resulting MYP Agar is used to isolate and enumerate Bacillus cereus from foods.
