Product overview
BCY96 uses a continuous positive-pressure gas source to drive liquids of varying viscosity through every well of a 96-well plate. Applying gas pressure in parallel from the top of the device gives highly uniform flow rates across all 96 wells, and the pressure in each well stays constant.
It performs well with viscous samples, its universal design fits all SPE 96-well plates, and adjustable gas pressure reaches up to 100 psi. It improves the reproducibility of solid-phase supported liquid-liquid extraction (SLE), solid-phase extraction (SPE) and protein precipitation filtration (PPT).
Two models are listed: BCY9601, and BCY9602 which includes adapters to fit more plates. Operation is pneumatic, so no external power supply is required.
