Product overview
Hydrophobic frits are the most widely used frits in Biocomma's range. Their strong hydrophobicity comes from the natural properties of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE).
Frits can be chosen by thickness (1.6 mm or 2.5 mm as standard, others customizable), pore size (50 µm as standard, others customizable) and diameter. The catalog lists a large number of items starting at 1.4 mm diameter, with thicknesses from 1.2 to 4.0 mm and pore sizes from 2 µm to 80 µm, all packed 1,000 per pack.
