Overview

Product overview

In this method, oligo fragments are adsorbed through hydrophobic interaction with C18 alkyl groups, making it suitable for desalting oligonucleotides that are 40 mers or shorter.

Six cartridge sizes are listed, from 50 mg (1 mL) to 2 g (12 mL), along with two 96-well plate formats: a full-skirt plate with 50 mg per well and a semi-skirted plate with 80 mg per well.
