CFC Medium Supplement (TJ031F) is added to Pseudomonas CFC Selective Medium Base to prepare a selective medium for the isolation and cultivation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. One vial is used per 100 mL of base (GF1044F / KL1044F).
Each vial contains 1.0 mg of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, 5.0 mg of cefazolin and 1.0 mg of fusidic acid.
