The conical filter, also called a pick-and-place machine filter, is sintered from special UHMW-PE and is hydrophobic, with an average pore size of 60 µm.
The material is soft and does not crumble easily, and after flattening no particles come off. It offers crush resistance, no powder shedding and good air permeability. The listed item SSF-C01 (Ø2.7 x 1.2 x 2.7 L mm, air resistance below 2 mmHg) is used with Panasonic CM604 and CM402 pick-and-place machines and is packed 100 pieces per pack.
