Copure® 96 Well Protein Phospholipid Removal (PPRP) Plate
Request a quoteOverview
The Copure® 96 Well Protein Phospholipid Removal (PPRP) Plate uses a new drip-free filter membrane to carry out protein precipitation in the wells. It is combined with the Lipoclean® adsorbent so that proteins and phospholipids are removed from the sample at the same time, improving cleanup of lipid-rich samples and the quality of target data while limiting instrument maintenance.
The general procedure takes 2 to 4 steps. In the manufacturer's mass-spectrum comparison, phospholipid intensity in biological samples treated with the plate fell by nearly two orders of magnitude. The plate is applied to TDM (therapeutic drug monitoring), forensic toxicology and endocrine studies.
The range includes 40 mg/1 mL and 40 mg/2 mL per well plates (MPPRP9601, MPPRP9602) and a 40 mg/1 mL cartridge (MPPRP0140, 30 per box).
