Product overview
The Copure® 96-well protein precipitation plate removes proteins from biological fluids such as plasma, serum and blood, preparing the sample for LC-MS/MS clinical detection work.
Its low-adsorption membrane filter tolerates the full pH 0-14 range and is manufactured so that it does not break during high-speed centrifugation. Long liquid retention and effective holding back of the precipitating agent help avoid leakage between wells.
The plate is positioned for clinical diagnosis, pharmacokinetic studies, new drug development and general scientific research. It is offered in 1.0 mL and 2.0 mL per-well formats, plus micro-filter PPT variants with PTFE membranes for 50-250 µL samples.
