Request a quoteOverview
Copure® C18N is filled with octadecyl silica gel and retains non-polar compounds mainly through hydrophobic interactions. The residual silanol groups add polar retention, so the sorbent can hold both polar and non-polar compounds and is a versatile stationary phase.
It combines a high carbon load (17%) with abundant residual silanols. Typical uses are organic pollutants such as PAHs in soil, pesticide and veterinary drug residues such as antibiotics in food, pigments and sugars in food, and desalting of aqueous solutions before ion exchange.
