Product overview
The Copure® HLB Lim cartridge is a solid phase extraction column packed with a special sorbent. Compared with traditional SPE cartridges, it removes interfering substances such as fat, phospholipids and pigments faster, which reduces matrix effects.
It greatly simplifies sample preparation: activation and equilibration steps can be skipped, and the sample is filtered directly after extraction, saving time and reagents. Typical recoveries are published for tetracycline (97.7%), chlortetracycline (87.9%), oxytetracycline (87.7%), ractopamine (95.8%), salbutamol (108%) and clenbuterol (91.6%). Application notes cover 36 veterinary drugs in beef and shrimp, and dexamethasone, betamethasone and atropine residues in beef.
