Copure® HPLC Columns for Mycotoxin
Request a quoteOverview
Copure® HPLC columns for mycotoxin use high-strength silica particles with enhanced pressure tolerance, so they are suitable for UPLC-system pressures. Proprietary end-capping gives broad inertness toward many compounds and better retention of polar compounds. The columns are compatible with all aqueous phases, have excellent acid resistance and minimize column loss during extended use.
The product page documents methods that reference Chinese national standards: ochratoxin A by HPLC with fluorescence detection (GB 5009.96-2016), fumonisins B1 and B2 by UPLC-MS/MS (GB 5009.240-2023) and aflatoxin B1 by UPLC-MS/MS (GB 5009.22-2016).
Three catalog items are listed: HMY01 (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm), HMY02 (2.1 × 100 mm, 3 μm) and HMY03 (2.1 × 100 mm, 1.7 μm).
