Overview

Product overview

The Copure® HPLC column for organic acids shows excellent retention of polar compounds and high tolerance for pure aqueous mobile phases. Organic acid analysis on it gives superior peak shapes, which Biocomma presents as the best choice for polar analytes and carboxylic acid substances in liquid chromatography.

The example method runs on 0.1% phosphoric acid in water at 1 mL/min and 37 °C with UV detection at 220 nm. It is supplied as the HT3536 column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm), one unit per box.
