Overview

Product overview

Based on the national standard GB 5009.35-2023, Biocomma developed a Copure® HPLC column specifically for synthetic colorants. It uses monodisperse silica particles with fast mass transfer and high separation efficiency, together with suitable bonding coverage and full end-capping.

The design aims at accurate and efficient detection of synthetic colorants with reproducible tailing behavior, excellent peak shape and extended service life. The page shows the separation of 11 types of synthetic colorants, with detection at 415, 520 and 610 nm covering colorants such as tartrazine, quinoline yellow, sunset yellow, allura red, erythrosine, indigo carmine and brilliant blue.

It is supplied as HDYE01 (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm), one unit per box.
