Product overview
Copure® MAX is a mixed-mode strong anion exchange adsorbent made by bonding quaternary ammonium groups to the surface of highly cross-linked PS/DVB. It combines strong anion exchange with reversed-phase retention, which makes it suitable for extracting acidic compounds.
The sorbent is wettable and resistant to breakthrough, tolerates pH 1-14 and is stable in organic solutions, so it serves as a universal column for acidic analytes. Applications include drugs and metabolites in bodily fluids, pesticide and veterinary drug residues in food and dairy products, and active ingredients in cosmetics. Application notes cover olaquindox metabolites in beef and pentachlorophenol residues in animal-source foods.
