Request a quoteOverview
Copure® Mycotoxin clean-up Columns contain multiple adsorption matrices that quickly and selectively retain lipids, organic acids, proteins, pigments and other impurities. The matrices do not retain the target analyte, so purification is fast.
The workflow is simple: extract the sample, add the extract to a test tube, insert the rubber-tipped end of the column into the tube, push the column to the bottom, and the purified sample passes through the sorbent to the top of the column. After concentration it is ready for analysis. Biocomma notes purification within 30 seconds, room-temperature storage for more than 18 months and RSD of 5% or less. In an example, aflatoxin B1 in peanut oil at 20 µg/kg gave an average recovery of 82.9% with an RSD of 1.7%.
Seven versions cover patulin and aflatoxins (228), zearalenone with aflatoxins (226), zearalenone alone (224), aflatoxins M1 and M2 (223), deoxynivalenol (230), ochratoxin A (229) and multiple functions (302), each at 25 per box.

Purification completed in 30 seconds.
Push the column into the extract tube; the purified sample passes through the sorbent.
Retains lipids, organic acids, proteins and pigments without retaining the target.
Can be stored at room temperature for more than 18 months.
RSD of 5% or less; 1.7% in the aflatoxin B1 peanut-oil example.
For aflatoxins, zearalenone, patulin, deoxynivalenol, ochratoxin A or multiple functions.
