Request a quoteOverview
The Copure® NH2 aminopropyl bonded phase shows strong polar adsorption in non-polar organic solvents and weak anion exchange retention in aqueous solutions. It performs well in many sample matrices and can be used in food, environmental, pharmaceutical and medical fields.
Its two retention mechanisms, normal phase and anion exchange, let it handle complex matrices such as biological samples. Applications include removal of strong anions such as sulfonates from aqueous solutions, drugs and metabolites in urine and blood (for example adrenaline antagonists and salicylic acid), and macrocyclic lactone pesticides in food and water. Application notes cover aldicarb and its metabolites in cabbage and carbamate pesticides in chives.
