Overview

Product overview

Polyamide (PA) is a macromolecular substance whose amide linkages readily form hydrogen bonds with other polar groups. This allows it to remove interferents such as artificial colors from samples, and Copure® PA cartridges are used for artificial color testing in extracted samples.

The cartridges are filled with an optimized PA sorbent of 100-200 mesh, which gives good decoloring and high recovery. They are supplied in four formats from 500 mg/3 mL to 2000 mg/12 mL.
