Request a quoteOverview
Copure® Sterile Syringe Filters use high-purity membranes for faster flow and efficient filtration, removing impurities to keep samples clean. Several membrane materials and pore sizes cover different sample types and experimental conditions.
They are used for liquid clarification and sterilizing filtration of small-volume biological liquids such as proteins, culture media, additives, buffers, reagents and pharmaceuticals. As a general guide from the maker, 0.1 μm filters remove mycoplasma, 0.22 μm filters remove bacteria and 0.45 μm filters remove solid particles.
Each filter is single-use in an easy-tear pack, gamma-sterilised, and described as sterile, pyrogen-free, DNase-free and RNase-free with low protein adsorption.
