Overview

Product overview

Copure® WCX is a mixed-mode weak cation exchange adsorbent based on a macroporous PS/DVB matrix modified with carboxyl groups. The benzene rings give strong hydrophobic interactions, and the carboxyl groups provide weak cation exchange.

It retains strong bases excellently, tolerates pH 1-14 and uses a simple retention mode. Applications include strongly basic drugs in biological matrices and new drug development.
