Product overview
Copure® 24-Well HLB Lim Plates process 24 samples at a time and suit automated preparation workstations. The HLB Lim sorbent removes interfering impurities such as fat, phospholipid and pigment quickly and efficiently, limiting matrix effects.
Activation and equilibration steps are skipped, and use with the biocomma® Positive Pressure 24 Processor simplifies the purification process. Biocomma reports good stability, with reduced experimental error and higher reproducibility.
In the application example, an LC-MS/MS method for 36 residues of tetracyclines, sulfonamides and quinolones in pork, chicken and shrimp gave recoveries of 60-110% at 10 and 20 ng/g spikes, with CV values below 10% (n=8).
