CT-SMAC Agar Supplement (TJ030F) makes Modified Sorbitol MacConkey Agar Base selective for Escherichia coli O157:H7. One vial is added to every 200 mL of base (GF1017F / KL1017F).
The vial supplies 0.5 mg of potassium tellurite and 0.01 mg of cefixime as the selective agents.
