Product overview
D-Cycloserine is the selective antibiotic supplement for TSC Agar. It is used for the detection and enumeration of Clostridium perfringens from foods.
TJ027F is dosed at one vial per 100 mL of TSC Agar Base (GF1075F / KL1075F). The lyophilized TJ027RF is rehydrated in 5 mL of sterile distilled water, aseptically added to 500 mL of the same base, and has a longer sealed shelf life of 2 years.
