Product overview
DO Supplement is a mixture of amino acids and two nucleotides, added to YNB according to experimental needs and used to prepare SD medium. Each formulation omits one or more specific components.
Because a given component is missing, only strains able to supply it (or in which a corresponding reporter gene is activated) can grow, which enables selection. Combinations are offered from single to quadruple dropouts in 20 g bottles, with 10-bottle multi-packs available.
