Biocomma Empty Affinity Chromatography (AC) Columns are designed for fast, simple purification of antibodies, enzymes and other biomolecules by gravity flow. Researchers can pack a wide range of media to isolate proteins of interest.
Each column includes one tube, two hydrophilic frits, an upper cap and a bottom cap. The tube is biocompatible polypropylene that does not interact with biomolecules, and the frits are porous polyethylene. Applications listed include purification of tagged proteins, recombinant proteins and antibodies, desalting of nucleic acids, peptides and proteins, and detection of mycotoxins.
