Product overview
These empty affinity chromatography columns are made of medical-grade polypropylene with Luer fittings on both inlet and outlet, so two or three columns can be connected and operated in series. The frits are optimised for good hydrophilicity and uniform flow rates.
Listed applications are purification of tagged proteins, recombinant proteins and antibodies, desalting of nucleic acids, peptides and proteins, and detection of mycotoxins. Two sizes are offered, 1 mL and 3 mL.
