Biocomma Empty Micro-spin Chromatography Columns are designed for easy, efficient small-scale protein purification using a microcentrifuge. Researchers can pack many kinds of chromatography resin, using mechanisms such as immunoaffinity, ion exchange, size exclusion or reverse phase.
The tubes are medical-grade polypropylene with sintered UHMW-PE frits that offer excellent solvent compatibility. The spin column holds 800 µL, takes 20-500 µL of resin and fits 1.5 mL or 2.0 mL microcentrifuge tubes. Applications listed are affinity chromatography, desalting, IP and co-IP.
