Biocomma Empty Spin Chromatography Columns are designed for easy, efficient larger-scale protein purification by centrifugation. The tubes are medical-grade polypropylene with sintered UHMW-PE frits that offer excellent solvent compatibility.
Two formats are listed: a 4 mL spin column for 15 mL centrifuge tubes and a 22 mL spin column for 50 mL tubes, each supplied with collection tubes, frits and bottom caps. Applications named are affinity chromatography, desalting, IP and co-IP.
